Miss Talented , Glenna Burns

I guess you've noticed in my past blogs, our life evolves around kids and old people. What a great combination!!!! We had a busy, but fun weekend. We had our Silvertone Thanksgiving Dinner, so we spent Friday night decorating for it, and Sat. getting everything ready. At the last count, we served 96 people. What a turnout!!!!! We furnished the turkey, dressing, cranberry sauce, and bread and they brought the rest. Boy can these people bring good stuff. No diets that day. The South Plains singers and Generations sang for us. Also, our own Glenna Burns did a Thanksgiving reading for us with the audience making sound effects from Glenna's cues. She is a blessing to our group and is alot of fun. It was nice Charla and I didn't have to do the entertaining. We changed the time of our party to 1:00 pm, so everyone could go home in time to watch the Raiders beat OSU!!! Way to go Tech!!
